Daniel Cornelissen
Managing Director
Industrial engineer, family father and founder of DMA together with Marc. Before starting his own company in 2020, he spent many years in leading positions in industry (SAP, ARAG) and at Big Four consultancies, most recently as a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 10 years. Distinct expertise in all questions of financial controlling, reporting and working capital health management. At DMA, not only the Grand Master of Data Architecture, but also the only one who can ride a longboard properly.

Marc Wolanewitz
Managing Director
IT brain with many years of management experience in industry and consulting, before starting DMA most recently as Senior Manager Data & Analytics at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He (co-)founded DMA primarily because he wants to work hands-on and develop solutions that combine the highest technical quality with actual customer benefits. A proven expert in data architecture and interface management between IT and business. A friend of good planning and clear structures, both privately and professionally. "Someone has to do it," says Marc. When in doubt, he is the one, but as an outdoorsman, he prefers to do it from the Eifel.

Janina Karthaus
Manager
Economist with a strong focus on statistics, which she has pursued to the full at PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2012 and at DMA since 2020. Well-versed in modelling and predictive analytics, she is always in a good mood. Sustainability is very important to her in her private and professional life; she prefers not to fly, even as a consultant, and is very interested in supporting sustainable development with technological know-how. To compensate for her sedentary laptop work, Janina actively spends her free time doing yoga, cycling, which is also possible with small children thanks to the cargo bike, or hiking. At best, Janina ends her day with a delicious Asian meal.

Rishad Bajoury
Manager
Business information scientist and business analytics specialist with experience in consulting and technology management. At DMA, he works primarily as a data architect, concept developer and experienced modeller, who has an excellent command of the requirements of government projects, among other things. Equally at home in the abstract as in the details: Rishad knows how to set up a sound data strategy and architecture - and at the same time has a clear idea of what performance-optimised code might look like in detail. He is enthusiastic about finding creative solutions for combining different technologies and does not like to leave programming behind, even in his private life. Unless it's to entertain nieces and nephews.

Consultant
Strategically thinking software engineer who believes informatics is the necessary bridge to cloud-based data management and analytics solutions. Programmes and models new knowledge from data sets with a clear focus on results, likes to immerse himself in complex software projects and firmly believes in the dealbreaker potential of artificial intelligence. Marco also shows great trend awareness in his private interests such as blockchain, trade statistics and calisthenics.
