CHALLENGE
Long loading times, outages and problems scheduling maintenance cycles: the leasing service provider’s unstable, outdated ERP infrastructure and inefficient processes are affecting the performance of the entire company. Data analytics and reporting are hardly possible due to poor data quality, and the system and processes threaten to become a brake on growth. The assignment for DMA: Implement an ERP upgrade – and at the same time equip the internal teams to get the best out of the new infrastructure together.

In addition to the technical implementation, including test, issue, risk and change management, the focus is on empowering the teams. The transfer of methodological knowledge strengthens the know-how of the in-house experts, while daily stand-ups, planning and retrospectives give new impetus to cooperation.
